A bit about me..

Hi, I’m India, the founder of Thoughtfully Made UK. I’m a mum of two boys under four, and I run my small business from my countryside home studio in Leicestershire, England.

After being diagnosed with Autism and ADHD in adulthood I learnt to embrace how it gives me a unique perspective on detail, creativity, and business processes that benefits my clients. I take pride in my ability to approach running a small business with precision, focus, and care, while also offering flexibility that accommodates my neurodiversity!

Where it all began..

My journey into the world of wedding stationery started when I designed all my own wedding stationery for my big day in 2019. The experience was so fulfilling that it inspired me to turn my passion into a business, I created my website from scratch on our honeymoon (sorry Jack!) and Thoughtfully Made UK was born!

Before this, I worked as a High Street children's clothing designer, but I made the tough decision to leave that career after seeing first-hand the negative impact of fast fashion. I wanted to create something more meaningful, sustainable, and aligned with my values—so I pursued wedding stationery full time.

The story so far..

Running Thoughtfully Made UK has been a dream that became a reality, which is why even 6 years on every single order means the world to me - I get to do what I love, support my family financially and be present for my children (furry and human!)
