Shipping timeframes shown at checkout apply once your order has been dispatched. Shipping upgrades affect transit time only and do not reduce processing times.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been prepared for dispatch. Where supported by the courier, tracking updates will be sent via email.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and selected shipping method.

If your address is classified as a remote area and cannot be fulfilled, your order will be cancelled and refunded. Where additional remote surcharges apply, we will contact you before dispatch to confirm the additional fee or offer the option to cancel.

International Orders

Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, local taxes or handling charges that may apply in their country. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are determined by your local customs authority.

We are unable to mark orders as gifts or declare a lower value on customs documentation.

Please allow additional time for international deliveries.

Delays

Dispatch may be delayed if:

• Personalisation details are provided more than 48 hours after purchase
• Multiple amendments are requested after order confirmation

If we experience an unexpected dispatch delay, we will notify you with a revised timeframe and the option to cancel if preferred.

Once dispatched, delivery delays caused by couriers are outside of our control and are not refundable.

If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us for a custom shipping quote.

Lost or Damaged Orders

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at thoughtfullymadeuk@outlook.com if your item arrives damaged.

If your order has not arrived within:
• 3 weeks (UK)
• 5 weeks (International)

Please contact us to request either a replacement or refund.
