Your guests' names will be individually handwritten in our modern calligraphy style.
Please enter your guest names exactly as you would like them written when placing your order.
Please specify your preferred ink colour, black, silver or gold, when ordering.
Your tambourine will be finished with a long ribbon in your chosen colour. Ribbon colours are available from our full ribbon range.

Every tambourine is carefully handmade in our studio, with each guest name individually handwritten and finished with your chosen ribbon and ink colour.
Please check the estimated dispatch time before ordering, as production times can vary during busy and quieter periods.

The colour of the wood and drum may vary slightly.
If you are ordering multiple tambourines, please order your full quantity at the same time rather than placing separate orders in batches.
This allows us to use tambourines from the same batch to ensure the colour and finish are as consistent as possible across your full order.
Slight natural variations in the wood and drum are to be expected and are part of the character of the product.

If your order isn’t as you expected, please contact us at thoughtfullymadeuk@outlook.com
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can make it right.
If there is a mistake with your order please contact within 7 days of delivery and I will do my best to replace. Please ensure you check the any personalised items within this timeframe.
Please note refund or exchange requests relating to personalisation errors will only be accepted if there is a fault or an inaccuracy in the personalisation that does not match what was provided. If you have made the mistake then you will be required to repurchase the item.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Personalised products cannot be returned (such as our items with personalised calligraphy or printing) are not eligible for return. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Replacements for will be sent via standard delivery, please notify us if your event is within 2 weeks.
