Bespoke Process
It’s best to allow as much time as possible for your bespoke wedding stationery to ensure availability. As a rough guide the bespoke wedding stationery process takes a minimum of 6 weeks, here’s a bit about what to expect...
1. Getting the details
Once you’ve confirmed you’d like to go ahead you’ll get access to your very own client portal where you'll find the design fee invoice & contract, as well as the fun bit: your bespoke questionnaire! A short set of questions and images so I can get to know your invitation styles in more depth. Don’t hold back, this is what inspires all the ideas and details for your bespoke design concepts!

2. Design Concepts
When the invoice and questionnaire have been completed I’ll schedule you into my design calendar! Within 2-3 weeks you’ll receive 3 x design concepts, completely bespoke for you and your wedding.
Select your favourites and let me know of your notes and changes, it’s a work in progress and we’ll go back and forth over the coming weeks until it’s perfect.
Once all the materials are confirmed I’ll send over your final invoice, payment is due before the final proof approval.
Depending on how far in advance we are working you’ll likely have some time to confirm your wording and timings before moving on to step 3.
Timescale: 2-4 weeks

3. Final Proof
Usually, 4 - 6 weeks before you want to send your invitations I’ll request you to confirm your final wording, from there I’ll draw up your final proof! No changes can be made after this stage.

4. Printing & Assembly
Once we have your final proof approval, your stationery will be added to the print queue and assembled. The time needed will vary depending on the complexity of your design, for standard printing it would be around 3 weeks.
Timescale: 3-6 weeks

5. Dispatch
We’ll drop you an email once your stationery has been posted to you - Delivery is tracked & signed for, it usually arrives within 2 working days!
