Order Process

From order to delivery semi-custom wedding stationery takes 4 - 6 weeks and our bespoke order process is a little longer.

For our semi-customer range, here‘s what to expect...

1. Design and Wording

Order your stationery via our website by adding to cart and selecting any extras such addressed envelopes on the product page.
Small amendments to the overall design are free of charge, these include; font, colour and quote changes. Just pop this in your order notes or send us a follow up email
Once we have received your order you will be emailed a wording form to complete, please complete and return within 2 working days.

2. Design Proof

We will create and email your bespoke, personalised proof within 5 working days of receiving your wording form.
Three complimentary rounds of amendments are included to perfect your order. Make sure you reply to us with any comments asap to avoid any delays.
We usually allow up to 10 working days for this step of the process.

3. Printing & Assembly

Once we have your final proof approval, your stationery will be added to the print queue and assembled. This typically takes 15 working days. We’ll let you know of any delays during busy periods.


4. Dispatch

We’ll drop you an email once your stationery has been posted to you - Delivery is tracked over £50 and usually arrive within 2 working days!
