For personalised place cards email names within 48
hours via below format:

• A single column list
(Word, Excel, or the body of the email)

• Exactly as you would
like them written (ie with or without surnames, initials ect)

Samples, Ribbon: Dispatched within 3 days + Standard Shipping: UK 2-3 working days / International 5-10 working days

Place Names, Reserved Signs: Dispatched within 3 -5  days + Standard Shipping: UK 2-3 working days / International 5-10 working days

Other On The Day Stationery: Dispatched within 5 - 7 days + Standard Shipping: UK 2-3 working days / International 5-10 working days

A1/A2/A3 Signage: Dispatched within 4 weeks + Standard Shipping: UK 2-3 working days / International 5-10 working days

Shipping upgrades apply to the shipping method only and do not change the processing speed. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and prepared for shipping. If supported by the selected courier you will receive delivery updates via email.

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can make it right.

If there is a mistake with your order please contact within 7 days of delivery and I will do my best to replace. Please ensure you check the any personalised items within this timeframe. 

Please note refund or exchange requests relating to personalisation errors will only be accepted if there is a fault or an inaccuracy in the personalisation that does not match what was provided. If you have made the mistake then you will be required to repurchase the item. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Personalised products cannot be returned  (such as our items with personalised calligraphy or printing) are not eligible for return. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Replacements for will be sent via standard delivery, please notify us if your event is within 2 weeks.
