Christmas Ornaments: Dispatched within 2 working days + Standard Shipping 2-4 working days
Samples, Ribbon: Dispatched within 3 working days + Standard Shipping 2-3 working days
Place Names, Reserved Signs: Dispatched within 5 working days + Standard Shipping 2-4 working days
Other On The Day Stationery: Dispatched within 7 - 10 working days + Standard Shipping 2-4 working days
A1/A2/A3 Signage: Dispatched within 4 weeks + Standard Shipping 1-2 working days
Shipping upgrades apply to the shipping method only and do not change the processing speed. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and prepared for shipping. If supported by the selected courier you will receive delivery updates via email.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the selected shipping method and destination. If your location is categorised as remote and cannot be shipped to, we will cancel the order. If there are additional costs incurred for shipping to remote areas, we will contact you to advise of the extra fee or provide the opportunity to cancel the order if you prefer.
Estimated Delivery
Estimated delivery times may vary based on the product, location and the shipping method chosen. Please allow additional time for international orders and during peak seasons.
Dispatch Delays
Dispatch delays may occur under the following circumstances:
- If personalisation details are sent more than 48 hours after placing the order, it will delay the dispatch of your order.
- Multiple amendments to order selection or personalisation details will also cause delays in dispatching your order.
Aside from the above, if for any reason we are experiencing a dispatch delay that cannot be rectified by upgrading the shipping option FOC. We will contact you with the revised dispatch date and the opportunity to cancel.
Shipping Delays
Once your order has been dispatched, any further shipping delays are out of our control. Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for delays caused by couriers. To ensure timely delivery, please select an appropriate shipping method that aligns with the urgency of your order.
Shipping Restrictions
Currently, we are unable to ship to countries within the EU. For other counties not listed as an option at checkout please contact us with your address for a custom quote.
Lost or Damaged Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is damaged so that we can make it right at thoughtfullymadeuk@outlook.com
If you suspect your item is lost and have not received your order within 3 weeks of dispatch for UK orders or 5 weeks for international orders please contact us stating if you would like a refund or a replacement.
