Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can make it right.
If there is a mistake with your order please contact within 7 days of delivery and I will do my best to replace. Please ensure you check the any personalised items within this timeframe.
Please note refund or exchange requests relating to personalisation errors will only be accepted if there is a fault or an inaccuracy in the personalisation that does not match what was provided. If you have made the mistake then you will be required to repurchase the item.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Personalised products cannot be returned (such as our items with personalised calligraphy or printing) are not eligible for return. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
