3. Receive Your Proof

You’ll receive a digital proof within 3 working days.

✑ Maximum 45 characters per line
✑ Longer text will be split across multiple lines

4. Approve or Amend

We’ll make any changes needed until you’re completely happy.

✑ No charge for amendments
✑ Printing only begins once approved

5. Printing & Dispatch

Once approved, your order will be printed and prepared for dispatch.

Please note: changes may not be possible after approval if printing has started.

Our process is designed to make the process simple, clear and completely stress-free.

4 weeks + shipping

Please select a shipping method that reflects the urgency of your order.

Dispatch times are from the date personalisation details are received, they may be delayed if:

• Personalisation details are provided more than 48 hours after purchase
• Multiple amendments are requested

Shipping timeframes shown at checkout apply once your order has been dispatched. Shipping upgrades affect transit time only and do not reduce processing times.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been prepared for dispatch. Where supported by the courier, tracking updates will be sent via email.

International Orders

Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, local taxes or handling charges that may apply in their country. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are determined by your local customs authority.

We are unable to mark orders as gifts or declare a lower value on customs documentation.

Please allow additional time for international deliveries.

If your order isn’t as you expected, please contact us at thoughtfullymadeuk@outlook.com

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can make it right.

If there is a mistake with your order please contact within 7 days of delivery and I will do my best to replace. Please ensure you check the any personalised items within this timeframe. 

Please note refund or exchange requests relating to personalisation errors will only be accepted if there is a fault or an inaccuracy in the personalisation that does not match what was provided. If you have made the mistake then you will be required to repurchase the item. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Personalised products cannot be returned  (such as our items with personalised calligraphy or printing) are not eligible for return. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Replacements for will be sent via standard delivery, please notify us if your event is within 2 weeks.
