If using a spreadsheet:
✑ Names, Starter, Main, Dessert and Dietary Requirements must be in separate columns
✑ Each row = one guest menu
3. Receive Your Proof
You’ll receive a digital proof within 3 working days.
✑ Maximum 45 characters per line
✑ Longer text will be split across multiple lines
4. Approve or Amend
We’ll make any changes needed until you’re completely happy.
✑ No charge for amendments
✑ Printing only begins once approved
5. Printing & Dispatch
Once approved, your order will be printed and prepared for dispatch.
Please note: changes may not be possible after approval if printing has started.

Dispatch times are from the date personalisation details are received, they may be delayed if:
• Personalisation details are provided more than 48 hours after purchase
• Multiple amendments are requested
Shipping timeframes shown at checkout apply once your order has been dispatched. Shipping upgrades affect transit time only and do not reduce processing times.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been prepared for dispatch. Where supported by the courier, tracking updates will be sent via email.
International Orders
Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, local taxes or handling charges that may apply in their country. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are determined by your local customs authority.
We are unable to mark orders as gifts or declare a lower value on customs documentation.
Please allow additional time for international deliveries.

Skinny wedding menu cards with handwritten place card, made to order in our UK studio. Bring your printed menu and handwritten guest name together with one coordinating ribbon.
Details
- Skinny menu size: 99 × 148 mm.
- Printed on coloured card; choose from the card options shown.
- Each set includes one digitally printed menu, one handwritten place card and one ribbon.
- The menu always has a hole punch with no eyelet.
- Choose a hole punch (no eyelet), silver, gold or black eyelet for the place card. One ribbon joins both cards.
Ordering and Pack Sizes
Full orders start at 5. Choose a pack of 5, 10, 20, 30, 40, 50, 60, 70, 80, 90 or 100. The displayed price is for the whole selected pack; add a quantity of 1 to buy one pack.
Each pack quantity is the number of complete menu and place-card sets. Menu-portion savings are 20% on packs of 10 or 20, 25% on 30 or 40, 30% on 50 or 60, 35% on 70 or 80, and 40% on 90 or 100. These reductions apply only to the menu portion; the handwritten place card remains at its full price. Pack prices already include the reduction.
