Please note refund or exchange requests relating to personalisation errors will only be accepted if there is a fault or an inaccuracy in the personalisation that does not match what was provided. If you have made the mistake then you will be required to repurchase the item.Β
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Personalised products cannot be returned Β (such as our items with personalised calligraphy or printing) are not eligible for return. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.Β
