1. Place Your Order

Choose your quantity, style and any options, then complete your order as normal.

2. Send Your Details

Add your sign wording to your order notes or email it to me. You can send a Word document, Excel file or write it directly in your email. Please don’t send screenshots or images.

Please use this format:

• Top heading: e.g. Lilian & Henry
• Middle wording: e.g. Welcome to our wedding
• Bottom line: e.g. wedding date

Please check all names, spelling and dates carefully.

3. Receive Your Proof

Once I’ve received your wording, I’ll email your digital proof within 3 working days.

• Maximum 45 characters per line.
• Longer text will be split across multiple lines.

4. Approve or Amend

I’ll make any changes needed until you’re completely happy.

• No charge for amendments.
• Printing only begins once approved.

5. Printing & Dispatch

Once approved, your order will be printed and prepared for dispatch.

Please note: changes may not be possible after approval if printing has started.

My process is designed to keep everything simple, clear and completely stress-free.

4 weeks + shipping

Please select a shipping method that reflects the urgency of your order.

Dispatch times are from the date personalisation details are received, they may be delayed if:

• Personalisation details are provided more than 48 hours after purchase
• Multiple amendments are requested

Shipping timeframes shown at checkout apply once your order has been dispatched. Shipping upgrades affect transit time only and do not reduce processing times.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been prepared for dispatch. Where supported by the courier, tracking updates will be sent via email.

International Orders

Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, local taxes or handling charges that may apply in their country. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are determined by your local customs authority.

We are unable to mark orders as gifts or declare a lower value on customs documentation.

Please allow additional time for international deliveries.

Each order is prepared to your selected options in our studio. Please enter names and personalisation details exactly as you would like them to appear, and check all details before checkout.

If you have a specific deadline, please contact us before ordering. Rush orders are subject to availability and must be agreed in advance.
