1. Place Your Order

Choose your quantity, style and any options, then complete your order as normal.

2. Send Your Details

Email your place card details to thoughtfullymadeuk@outlook.com:

✑ Word document, Excel file, or written in your email
✑ No screenshots or images

Guest Name:
✑ A single column list
✑ Exactly as you would
like them written (ie with or without surnames, initials ect)

Guest Name with Table Name:
✑ Name and table number must be in separate columns
✑ Each row = one place card
✑ Guest Names as you would
like them written (ie with or without surnames, initials ect)
✑ Table Names as you would
like them written (ie Table 1, 1, One, Table One ect)

Guest Name with Food Choice:
✑ Names, Starter, Main, Dessert and Dietary Requirements must be in separate columns
✑ Each row = one place card

3. Personalisation & Dispatch

Once your details are received we will start on your order!

Please note: changes may not be possible if personalisation has started.

Our process is designed to make the process simple, clear and completely stress-free.

Please select a shipping method that reflects the urgency of your order.

Dispatch times are from the date personalisation details are received, they may be delayed if:

• Personalisation details are provided more than 48 hours after purchase
• Multiple amendments are requested

Shipping timeframes shown at checkout apply once your order has been dispatched. Shipping upgrades affect transit time only and do not reduce processing times.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been prepared for dispatch. Where supported by the courier, tracking updates will be sent via email.

International Orders

Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, local taxes or handling charges that may apply in their country. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are determined by your local customs authority.

We are unable to mark orders as gifts or declare a lower value on customs documentation.

Please allow additional time for international deliveries.

If you have a specific deadline, please contact us before ordering. Rush orders are subject to availability and must be agreed in advance.
